It's been two years since quick-witted Jay McCarroll was anointed the winner of Project Runway's first season. Eleven Minutes catches up with Jay as he pulls together his first collection in preparation for New York Fashion Week. The designer is a blast to watch, fresh and joyous despite stress, uncertainty and tremendous pressure. At the end of the day Jay is doing what he loves, but the realization of a dream is often not as exciting or glamorous as the dreaming itself.
